The swivel seat is easily lifted off and the lower body then splits into two pieces by the lifting of a spring bolt. The Cobalt powerchair comes fitted with powerful dual 21ah batteries, that are airline approved, to power the dual 24v 120 watt motors. The range of this powerchair is 8 miles at a maximum speed of 4mph.
